1. Agreement
These terms are between you and TEAFAIRY LIMITED (company number 17464103, registered office [TODO: registered office address]). By using TeaTok you agree to them. This licence is between you and us only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TeaTok on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms.
3. Your content
You may post brewing check-ins, photos, reviews and comments. You keep ownership but give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within TeaTok and our channels. You must have the rights to what you post.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, misleading, infringing, spam, or that endangers others. We filter and moderate content, and may remove content and suspend or ban accounts without notice.
5. Reporting and blocking
You can report any content or user and block any user from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove offending content and eject users who violate these terms.
6. Purchases
- Physical goods (tea, teaware) are sold by TEAFAIRY LIMITED and paid via Stripe. Delivery, returns and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. [TODO: shipping policy] See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
- Digital courses are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase and governed by Apple’s terms; refunds are handled by Apple. Use “Restore purchases” to recover them.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time in the app. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Tea information is for general education, not medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
9. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. We, not Apple, are responsible for maintenance, support, warranty, product claims and intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact: hello@teafairyworld.co.uk.
